Vid undersökningen finner du normal puls och BT. Resistens palperas i nedre delen av buken i medellinjen. Kranialnervstatus är normalt. Uttalad parapares i båda benen och normal kraft i övre extremiteter. Känselnedsättning i nedre extremiteter upp på bålen till nivå Th7. Koordination i övre extremiteter normal. Reflexer i armar normala, i benen svaga. Babinskis tecken ses bilat.
